1. Do you own the rights to the images / logo / pattern?
For copyright reasons, we can not send copyrighted / trademarked images / patterns to our print vendor. We will not take the risk nor will they print it. You may be asked to provide the approval for a design / pattern, please have that ready and available in case it's needed.
2. How many straps do you need?
Our minimum order required for a custom strap is 10 straps or more. Because of the time and cost associated with sending the patterns to our print vendor- it requires a full roll of material to be purchased for that print.

3. How long is the process?
We ask that you prepare for a 4 - 5 week process from the approval of your design.
It may be sooner, but we want to set proper expectations between ourselves and our print vendor for your design.
We'd rather under promise and over deliver than to set unrealistic expectations.
