Our Exchange policy only covers damaged or defective products.

Our Policy is a 14-day policy that starts once the transaction is complete. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not offer an exchange on any products.

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packing and you MUST have your receipt or can prove you ordered the item or were gifted with a transaction number (I will accept an email with the proper identification for the transaction). 

 

All Returns / Exchanges are at the discretion of Fatstraps. 
If you have an issue with a shipment, that is not the responsibility of Fatstraps once a tracking number or shipping notice has been sent.
